Clear ultrasound worksheets, from scan to review.

Record measurements, mark findings on anatomical drawings and add clinical notes, then export, print or file the worksheet to PACS.

Moments from the tour: a liver cyst, a thyroid nodule, a thrombus drawn on the leg veins and the report text. The full tour runs through the abdominal, thyroid, venous and breast worksheets in three minutes; every patient in it is fictional. Also on YouTube.

For your team

A shared format
Everyone on your team works from the same exam template, with fields for measurements, lesion details and comparisons with prior studies.
Easy to review
Findings and notes are grouped by organ on the finished worksheet, so the reviewer can follow the study without piecing together separate notes.
Your choice of filing
Export or print with Basic and file as you do now. With Pro, select a study from your worklist and send the completed worksheet straight to that study in PACS.

Vascular

Draw directly on the vein diagram to mark an occlusive, acute or chronic thrombus. The worksheet records its location and extent as you draw, with compressibility and flow alongside.

This example shows an occlusive thrombus extending from the common femoral vein to the mid femoral vein.

Drawings

Mark findings where you see them.

Choose from 63 worksheets covering abdomen and retroperitoneum, pelvis, obstetrics, musculoskeletal, vascular, superficial and small parts, breast and procedures. Use the anatomical drawings to mark a finding, then add its size and description. The drawing and finding details appear together on the finished worksheet.

Leg veins. Mark the extent of a thrombus on the vein diagram to update the findings table and summary.
Carotid arteries. Mark plaque on the vessel wall and record velocities alongside each vessel.
Abdominal aorta. The drawing reflects the diameters you enter and shows the location of an aneurysm.
Thyroid. Record each nodule’s location, features and TI-RADS points.
Breast. Place a lesion on the clock face to record its position and distance from the nipple.
Pelvis. A fibroid marked on the uterus appears in both views and has a single entry in the findings list.
Kidneys. Show the grade of hydronephrosis and mark the location of a cyst.
Knee. Select a structure on the drawing to record a tear and update the corresponding finding.
Shoulder. Record tears, tendinopathy and calcification on the rotator cuff drawing.

Examples of the drawings included on completed worksheets, shown with sample findings.

Add details beside the finding

Place a thyroid nodule on the drawing, then choose its descriptors in the panel beside it. TI-RADS points are calculated as you go. Breast worksheets work the same way, using BI-RADS ultrasound descriptors.

In this sample study, a solid nodule is placed in the right lower pole, sized with the scroll wheel and described in the side panel.

Basic

Complete your worksheets in the browser, then export or print.

  • Exam templates for findings, measurements and clinical notes.
  • Dedicated fields for lesion details and prior comparisons.
  • Manual entry of patient and study details.
  • Browser-based worksheets with temporary draft saving.
  • Export as DICOM, PDF or JPG, or print a copy.

Use Basic on its own, with no connection to a hospital worklist or PACS.

Request a Basic demo

Pro

Connect your worksheets to your worklist and PACS.

  • Everything in Basic.
  • Sign-in with existing hospital accounts.
  • Ultrasound worklist access from the worksheet.
  • Patient and study details filled in from the selected order.
  • Direct PDF filing to the selected study in PACS.
  • Role-based filing permissions managed by your organisation.

Use Pro to bring in patient details from your worklist and file worksheets directly to PACS.

Request a Pro demo

You can start with Basic and add Pro later. Your team will use the same worksheets; your IT team will set up the worklist, sign-in and PACS connections.

How it works

Basic and Pro use the same worksheets. The difference is how patient details come in and how you file the completed study.

Basic

Enter patient details yourself, then export or print when you're done.

  1. Choose the exam

Open the worksheet for your exam in your browser.

  2. Document the study

Enter patient details, measurements, findings and notes.

  3. Export or print

Save the completed worksheet as DICOM, PDF or JPG, or print a copy.

Ready for your department’s filing process

Pro

Start from your worklist and send the finished worksheet to PACS.

Your department’s ultrasound worklist

  1. Select the study

Patient and study details fill in from the worklist.

  2. Document the findings

Add measurements, findings and clinical notes.

  3. Send to PACS

File the completed worksheet to the selected study as a PDF.

Completed worksheet filed to the selected study

Select a study from the worklist, complete the worksheet and send it to PACS. This demo uses fictional patient details.

Access and filing in Pro

  • Patient details stay linked to the selected order. Changing studies starts a fresh worksheet so findings stay with the study they belong to.
  • Your organisation controls access. Staff sign in with their existing hospital account, and only authorised users can file to PACS.
  • Pro shows the filing status after you send a worksheet. If delivery cannot be confirmed, it asks you to check PACS before sending again.
  • Your IT team configures the PACS connection centrally for the department.

Sonographer's observation record. This is a technical data sheet recording what was seen during the examination; it is not a diagnosis. It is provided to the reporting radiologist and the referring physician.

Export as DICOM, PDF or JPG, or print, with Basic. File directly to PACS as a PDF with Pro. Sample data shown.

Copy findings into your report

Open a text summary of the findings, grouped into paragraphs by organ, and copy it into your dictation software. The text excludes the patient's name and MRN and is not saved separately.

Common questions

Which exams are covered?

There are 63 worksheets covering abdomen and retroperitoneum, pelvis, obstetrics, musculoskeletal, vascular, superficial and small parts, breast and procedures, with measurements and drawings for each exam. For other studies, use the general worksheet and mark findings on its body map.

How is Sonographer Workbook deployed?

Sonographer Workbook runs on your organisation's network and is accessed through a web browser. Your IT team manages the installation and network access. During the demo, we can review the deployment requirements with your technical team.

What does our IT team need to connect Pro?

Pro needs a compatible hospital sign-in provider, access to your DICOM worklist and PACS, and an assigned role for staff authorised to file. Your IT team configures these connections. We can review compatibility and setup requirements together before you choose Pro.

How are worksheet drafts stored?

Drafts are saved temporarily in the browser tab, with a four-hour expiry. Closing the tab may remove the draft. Completed worksheets can be exported or printed; Pro also supports filing to PACS. Your organisation should review browser storage and exported-file handling as part of deployment.

How can we save completed worksheets?

With either Basic or Pro, you can save a worksheet as DICOM, PDF or JPG, or print it. Pro also lets authorised staff send a PDF directly to the selected study in PACS.

Can Basic and Pro run in the same department?

Yes. Even with Pro set up, staff can still enter patient details manually and export worksheets. Those with the required sign-in and permissions can use the worklist and send to PACS. Everyone uses the same worksheets.

How do we get pricing?

Request a demo and we'll put together a quote based on your team's needs, your choice of Basic or Pro, and any connections to hospital systems.

Request a demo

Try it with a sample study.

We'll walk you through a study and show you how Basic and Pro work. Bring your questions about setup, PACS connections and pricing, and tell us what your team needs.

Which version would you like to try?

We'll use your details to respond to your demo request. Please do not include patient information.
